Try This Quick but Effective Stair Workout!!!

“But I don’t have TIME to workout!” “It’s raining outside… and too cold!” “Too tired to go to the gym!” “I HATE running!” Have you ever said this to your trainer, or yourself as an excuse for not working out? Well, I have an answer!!! Try my Quick, 8 to 12 minute Stair workout!!! It’s all demonstrated to you in my video

Here it is in a nutshell: Find a set of stairs inside or outside close by. Do a quick warm-up: if nothing else, do a little on the spot jog and rotate your arms and swing each leg back and forth. Then, 4 timed exercises: 1 minute running up and down the stairs as fast as you can (1 or 2 steps at a time, whatever works for you) 30 seconds push-up on the stairs (the higher the steps you put your arms, the easier it is– if too easy, do it on the floor) 30 seconds each leg, Lunge to step-up knee drive off the first step (see video if this is not clear) 30 seconds squat jumps on the stairs. Start low, land low and soft, bending toes, ankles, knees, hips. Two foot take-offs. Take a 30 second to 1 minute break and repeat from the beginning. Start off doing this once or twice and then graduate to doing this 4x or more. Stretch. Done!!! A great workout in 8 to 15 minutes!!!
